The Instructor Development Program is the modular trainer training for Combatives and Krav Maga within our organization, SC Int'l.

Our professionally oriented program equips participants with the necessary tools to achieve high-quality qualifications as self-protection trainers and to establish independent, structured training regimens.

Our trainer training incorporates practical knowledge gained from many years of conducting courses, seminars, and workshops both in Germany and abroad. The quality of our training is our highest priority.

Unlike many other training modalities, the "Instructor" grading is not achieved through a separate commercial course with a final review and evaluation. Instead, it is awarded based on continuous performance improvement within each Coach Certification Course, ongoing technical and tactical development, and the instructor skills of our participants.

Given the well-known quality of our individual training courses, we guarantee the best possible support for our participants and their individual development.

In addition to technical and tactical training components, we also emphasize the methodology and didactics of our self-protection system, which is based on principles of analogy.

If you do not yet meet the technical requirements to participate in one of our Coach Certification Courses, you will begin your journey as a Training Group Leader within our training program.

By passing individual Coach Certification Courses, attending various topic-specific seminars and workshops, and demonstrating the will and sufficient competence to teach the acquired knowledge, the participant progresses from "Coach" to "Apprentice Instructor" on the path to becoming an "Instructor".

Instead of so-called "Instructor-Drills" or similar examinations, we aim for our "Instructors" to distinguish themselves through reproducible knowledge and sustainable communication of training content.

The awarding of the "Instructor" grade depends on the individual's commitment to continuous performance improvement and is not considered by SC Int'l as a mandatory completion of the program.

We consider any kind of license fees to be unnecessary, but we encourage our coaches in the Instructor Development Program to attend at least one of our numerous training sessions each year.

Our annuals Clinics are the unspoken mandatory eventa for our Training Group Leaders, Coaches, Apprentice Instructors and Instructors.
