Empty Hands Gun Defense teaches possible solutions for handling armed confrontations by means of short or long weapons and thus prepares for an extreme situation that offers only one possibility of intervention.

Our trainer certification, which lasts a total of four days and consists of the modules Level 1 and Level 2 provides the basis for qualified integration of this topic into one's own teaching plan and is therefore also an optimal further training for Combatives, Krav Maga and all other self-protection concepts.

Especially within this program as well as the programs Empty Hands Knife Defense and Stick and Baton Combatives it is imperative to understand that weapons within different crimes are primarily used as a means of communication and a physical intervention in the situation is not to be considered as a standardized procedure for the situational handling of aggression and violence.
